I chose to do the virtual process which took less than 10 minutes. Immediately after submitting payment I received my assigned storage and access code. Upon arriving I was greeted by onsite staff who was very polite and professional. The facility smelled great and was neatly kept. Equipment was available at the entrance to aid in loading things. Once I got up to my storage all needed paperwork and lock were waiting for me and I was able to get my item in and finished in a timely manner.

Great location with very friendly staff and the property manager Diane M. was great in getting us situated for our first time renting a storage unit.

Just moved in, so havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had lot of time in the facility. Easy access and great location for me, close to I-85. Had questions after e-rental, and property manager Diane was very nice. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness because bathrooms werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stocked with soap or toilet paper, but again, I just started using the facility. Side note, canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get app to unlock door for some reason.
