The Manager is super efficient and just the nicest gentleman! I drive directly to the facility, the Manager stayed to make sure everything was ready for me enabling me to unload my rental car and move in! It was an EXCEPTIONAL experience. Saved a lot of money and is no further from our home

What a wonderful storage option that is First Class from the initial online inquiry to visiting the local office and completing the paperwork. They are certainly top tier in all aspects and have created a wonderful business model. Great service at affordable prices.

It's good has good atmosphere, good security,ok price

I had a very long and frustrating move from New York to South Carolina but this was the easiest, most helpful and friendliest part of my move! Very nice facility!

No light for several months after taking unit and a huge jump in monthly rent after only five months. Local office does not return any phone calls at corporate itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s more responsive

This is my first storage unit ever. It's not very big and we haven't had it very long but I was really impressed with the friendly helpful staff and the overall cleanliness of the facility.

Improve cleaning and replace light bulbs

We have had several different storage units at this facility and even through the changes in ownership, we have had a positive experience I appreciate the lights and cleanliness in the climate controlled spaces.

This facility is generally good and staff are courteous and helpful. Historically, there has been a problem with the elevator. I have two units on the second floor both with items that cannot be easily moved up and down fire escape stairs. Initially the elevator was down for several weeks. More recently service is interrupted from time-to-time.

Moving is never fun but the friendly people at Prime Storage took care of my wife and I. They really made the process easy set us up with the unit we wanted. Auto billing made monthly payments easy.

Have rented two units for about 12 years. Both temp controlled. Clean facilities. Well managed. Rental costs have increased year over year since “new” ownership. Have stayed with the new company due to location and quality of service. On my recommended list.

Elevator was out of service the day I was moving into my locker. I had to hand carry all my stuff up a long flight of stairs. Frustrating. 10% price increase in first year - based on what? Sends out requests for proof of insurance, while threatening to add insurance charges whiteout proper notice.

Very helpful! It is especially wonderful to have extra space at the beach setting!
