My wife and I worked with Shana at the 5 Yacht Cove Drive Public Storage facility. She was excellent. Shana was extremely helpful, thorough in presenting all relevant information and very patient with us. She worked through her lunch-time to assist us. Shana made our experience delightful.

Sue was efficient and professional in taking care of my rental. She was pleasant and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend the Yacht Cove Hilton Head Island, SC location if you are looking to rent.

Everyone at Public Storage is so nice and friendly. The space is clean and last year all of our stuff made it thru the summer without a problem! Wish the price didn't go up, but understand why it happens. Thanks for your great service!

NIce staff, neat and clean, feel safe there. Did not like that you are required to buy insurance. Do not remember seeing anything on the website or even on 4 phone calls about making you buy extra insurance on your items. Just add an extra $ 11 a month to your cost. Blindsided by this.

Excellent service but I am very unhappy with the mandatory insurance! I was told about it after I started signing paperwork. Please be more transparent about costs! The manager said to me, "Wow, you didn't get upset, almost every one else is furious." Honesty is the best policy!!

Best storage experience I have ever had thanks to Sue the manager there! She helped me pick the perfect unit and the units are clean and the location is great. Sue is so helpful and has made everything so simple for me. Definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend. The manager Sue is so sweet and efficient. The facilities are clean and centrally located on the island. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a storage facility.

Facility and local management was very good. Sue was always available and helpful with property issues. Great location. However, California has gotten too greedy with their prices. The percentage increase over the last few years must be significant.

This is a very well run Public Storage location. SUE was super helpful in helping me choose the correct unit for my needs. The site is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this location.

The service from reservation to departure was awesome. I was prepared to cancel my reservation due to the cost at the Office Park site the agent online referred me to the new site that we used. Everything was perfect price included thanks!
