Robin explained the rental terms and the insurance requirements in a clear and professional manner, then she walked me to the unit, made sure it was clean and showed me how the lock worked! Robin Lynch, the Property Manager at this Public Storage facility does an exceptional job. She has always greeted us by name. If there are any issues she takes notes and acts on them if follow up is needed. The property is always clean and in great shape. We intend to be Public Storage customers on Hilton Head for a long time,.

The facility is clean, well protected, and convenient. They had storage for my personal items as well as my tag along trailer. The management was extremely cordial and helpful answering all questions that we had as well as accommodating us with a replacement lock for our unit when our lock became unusable. I recommend the facility to anyone needing long or short term storage.
