We have had several experiences with storage units previously and can honestly say they were dismal. The first time I spoke with Patty she went above and beyond to assist us as we do not live locally. She is fantastic and made the experience fun. She even made our little dog, Gypsy, feel at home. Patty is a wonderful spokesperson for SROA Chapin.

Patty was exceptional. Her kindness during my emotional day will be forever remembered. I canceled my reservation at the other company because I needed to get in after 10pm and he was pure business black and white, "You choose the wrong package option." Zero compassion or options. Patty listened and thoughtfully came up with solutions. Paying more at this company but worth it for the customer service.
