Was told by customer service associate to arrive at the facility between 9-5 to view unit and complete contract. Upon arrival there was no office or associate on site. After waiting and a long phone call I was advised that the facility does not have onsite associates and I would need to drive to a different facility to complete transaction. On the plus side I spoke to the other facility by phone and they completed my contract over the phone and was given a code to get in. Overall not the end of the world but if you want your things stored in a facility with someone on site this may be an issue for you.
