The Company is great, but this store is a problem. I have left 3 messages today, and no one has returned my call. They have an ineffective AI system. They need to have someone at the location to assist customers.

Awesome process. So easy to do it all over the phone, then send info to my help. Very tall outside unit. I was able to fit a full 20' uhaul with stacking boxes and plastic totes, and had 1/3 of space vacant.? Supplying a new hard to cut lock is a great touch.

To be honest, I expected the space I was subtracting to be smaller, but I was surprised in a good way to know that it was not like that, rent a 5x10 and just what I was looking for. quality and price

It was very easy to rent, most of it was online, the customer service was very helpful and the unit was clean when I got there. Overall Satisfied.

The rental fee is fair. The facility is very clean. Leslie took the time to explain everything and even showed us how to get in and to our unit. She was great! A nice change because customer service seems to be lacking at other places as of late.
