Vicki was very helpful when, after I rented a storage unit, my movers said all my things would not fit in the size I rented. While on the road to the storage unit Vicki was able to get a larger unit for me so when the movers arrived a few hours later, she was able to direct them to the new unit and my move went very smoothly.
