Space was as expected and very clean place.

Amanda was very responsive and accommodating to get me in the perfect storage unit.

Had a couple options to look at in storage places. Associate was helpful and quick to show me unit Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be renting. Explained all paperwork and have me tips and tricks for things like insurance and the app. I was there and in my unit within 20 mins total. With seeing the unit and going over paperwork and paying! My kind of customer service . So far i see nothing wrong or ill-mannered about staff or facility !

It was a very easy process! I had no problems at all they gave me everything i needed to be able to get access to my storage space! Thank you very much!

When i arrived with my truck following me. The access code I received didnt work. We both haf to back up and I had to call and spend time on the phone to get another code. No one in the office again to help. More time cost me more money and frustrasting! I dont know what code to use when I return.

Online process was self explanatory. It was quick and easy. I received access to my unit within 5 minutes.

I made reservations on the phone weeks before I moved down and when I got there they didn't have what I reserved. But the guy was nice.

Convenient to and from our home. Clean. Climate inside perfect. Not sure WHY the 2 entry doors to storage buildings have code entry. Each time you enter with your “stuff” you have to stop, put your load down, enter code, open the door, pick up your load while keeping the door open. REPEAT at second door🤦🏼‍♀️. We had a sofa that is 7’6” long. We couldn’t make the shortest route to our unit, too short & sharp! Plus, the ceiling lights blocked standing the sofa on end. Luckily, we could go the long way around where the corners are wider. It took a bit more maneuvering to get it in the 5’x10’ area. How about an extra digit to enter to keep the 2 doors open for say 20 minutes, then it locks?

Great price. Nice grounds. Nice units. Great customer service. Locks that have to be purchased are to expansive and what am I going to do with lock after I move out. You could buy them back for half price and than use them at another facility.

The online reservation process was easy. One thing I do have a comment about is the required insurance was not clear during the online ordering process. I was surprised when the on site rep mentioned it during the orientation.

The customer service at this Public Storage is phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised at how well Max knows the storage biz and how helpful Jenna is. These two are the epitome of quality customer service. The location is great and they provide the best price I could find in the area after looking at several others.

Came to the store just to check prices for a move I'm planning. I did not realize they sold packing supplies and I ended up buying a few boxes out of simple convenience. Max was extremely helpful and I'll definitely be renting with them soon.

Public Storage in Lake Wylie South Carolina is outstanding and especially so thanks to Max. There really are no issues but if anything does come up, like leaving you storage unlocked, Max will call. Max is outstanding, the location is great, and the facility is clean and safe!
