This facility has great and friendly service. I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing Representative that helped make my process of renting a unit super easy. She was very informative.

This facility is fairly new and felt it was in a good location for me. Paperwork was accomplished fast and easy, wih the staff being a tremendous help. Unit was clean and ready to move in. Other than a slight gate problem everything went smoothly.

The worker on day we put things in storage was helpful in lettin gu sknow everything necessary.

Elizabeth is AWESOME! She was very helpful in both the return of the U-Haul and in renting the storage unit. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasure to meet.

This is my first experience with a storage facility and I am very satisfied.

My process was easy and handled all in the same day. Anthony was a great representative at the front desk. After getting my unit I noticed I needed a bigger unit. Anthony said no problem and had me set up to move in within twenty minutes.

Renting an outside space for my RV. Every contact with Midgard has been easy, no hassle, & professional. Space is as promised. Very pleased with the setup.

The place is beyond clean and the staff are super helpful and nice. They found the perfect unit for what I needed and it was a great price. They could have tried to make me get a more expensive unit but they only wanted me to have what I really needed. Great staff, great place!

I purchased my unit and insurance online. Dropped by and they showed me my unit and we were done! Quick process, they explained fees and late fees to me thoroughly. The units are very clean.

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and overall niceness of the place... Managed to go right into the unit and had space left over but I'm sure I'll find a way to fill it. Great people to work with and I especially like being able to sign on for the unit online

From Missouri, I reserved a unit in Lexington, SC on South Lake Dr. Ben, the manager, could not have been any nicer or more helpful!! He should be cloned for EVERY customer service position on the planet!! He was awesome!! Rented a 10×20 climate controlled unit that was easily accessible, clean & had available flat bed carts for customer use. Also needed to buy some boxes the 2nd day of move-in & Johnathan, who was working at the time, was just as awesome as Ben!! Highly reccommend this facility.
