Self service, would MOT recommend to anyone. Opened the door to go inside and find my unit, like stepping into Hell!!! Absolutely no air stirring and 91 outside. Still dehydrated, horrible experience

I was able to get this on a special. I am in a 10x10 climate control. It is clean, spacious, easy to get too. I paid 37.00 for the unit and that covered me until July 31. 2 mo with 1 month free at the special rate. Double discount ? This is a place that requires you have your items insured. You can purchase your own and show proof or purchase through the storage facility.

Chase was excellent getting everything set up! And David the manager is great and a big help!

Got to location at 7:15.on the day I was booked for. (Saturday) Received gate code by email but did not work when I arrived. I had to wait till 8am to speak with building virtual associate. Threshold to high when using cart which created items to fall off the cart when entering building A4 entrance.

The price of the storage unit worked perfectly in my budget! The unit was clean and appeared pest free. There was no smell or messes inside the building. Buildings looked well kept. I had an issue getting in the gate on day one but while they were closed I was able to speak to someone who was able to get me inside over the phone.

Chase was absolutely amazing helping me go through the virtual paperwork. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very knowledgeable about all of my questions.

While the facility is good, the price for my storage unit has increased 2.5 times in one year, and now they are requiring that I use their lock for an additional $5.99 per month. I haven't been in the unit since I placed the items there, so I don't need an electronic lock, but it is mandatory that I use theirs.

Clean facility, easy access 24 hours, well lit and safe

My code did not get set up the day before I moved. I couldn't get anyone to help me until 2pm even though the office opened at noon. I had hired someone to help me with moving because I'm handicapped. I had to pay for 4 hours of him just sitting around. When I finally got into my unit it was very dirty and unswept even though the sign said it was to be swept upon vacating. Obviously no one checked to see if this was done but they made time to put a lock on it. How hard would it have been to lift the door and look inside. So I had to get my helper to clean the unit for me. The entire move in experience was very disappointing

Dave was great to work with. He understood our needs for the Hall of Fame.

I called the night Hurricane Ian came through and was able to get my questions answered and secure a unit late at night.

Most helpful in finding a unit near my home. They did the research and secured a unit. I didn't have tipp make numerous calls to shop I followed up to visit and decide.

David was very helpful and kind. He had to go out in a rain storm to let us in the gate so we could see the unit. Never complained got soaked and was still very pleasant to us. Great customer service!

Being charged for days not needed. I just wanted one month from. June 20-July 20 I told person on the phone and they didn't explain or didn't say it so I understood

Moved here from NJ and needed extra storage space where we dont have to worry about our stuff.

The facility looks very new and David was very helpful getting us setup. Price was very reasonable and highly recommend to others needing a secure location to store your belongings.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d just finished a grueling 1000 mi ordeal of travel from NY state, and needed a storage facility so I could not only offload but to return the trailer. Even though I was supposed to return the trailer in NC, Mr David accommodated me and took my trailer at his facility and showed me my unit, which I filled to the brim. Afterward, David guided me a short distance to a motel where he actually assisted in making a reservation for a long term stay there. THATS WHAT A CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you David!

I have just moved and everything I own is in storage 750 miles away. My house wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t to close for a few days and I had a car full of stuff for the new house. I rented a small unit so that I could purchase the basics for my home and this was the answer. The staff was nice and the facility clean. Anyone that needs service should use this facility.

Wonderful facility clean super friendly staff. Bathrooms on site always spotless. Both David and manuella have always went out of their way to help Us with cutting locks off when we have forgotten or lost the keys. The facility is well maintained and I was never uncomfortable being there alone. Thank you David and Manuela for making our SC transition so smooth.

We come down to NMB from NJ for two weeks every August. This year was our 4th year and we finally had the idea to store our beach and kitchen stuff in a storage instead of lugging it down every year! This was the most reasonably priced storage facility in the area. Super clean! Manuela was so friendly and thorough! A fantastic experience. Now I am jealous that our stuff gets to stay here and we have to go home!

Manuela is the greatest! The whole facility is always super clean!!

The facility seems nice, we booked online because that is what the website indicated. However when we arrived at the facility it was really no quicker, and I was forced to take insurance that I would not have needed to if I had reserved in person. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, confusing, long and I walked away feeling ripped off. The facility seems very clean, and relatively easy to access. But if your unit is in the middle you have a long way to walk.

Manuella and David are probably the most customer-oriented folks I've run across in years; not to mention the nicest! We ran into all sorts of issues moving to SC and these folks did their best to accommodate us at every turn. They are professional, pleasant, and efficient. The facility is virtually immaculate, well-lit, and secure. I'm glad we found this facility as I believe we'll have piece of mind that our items are safe and secure - and in good hands. It's a couple of bucks more than some, but well worth it!

It turned out to be a great experience. We had no idea that we were going to need a storage unit. Went to pick up some furniture and our truck started smoking and it was the back brake going out. I selected MidGard Little River Storage based on proximity and other online research. We met with Brandon two days before our move-in. He was articulate, polite, friendly, and eager to help in any way. He explained MidGard policies, took us to our unit, gave us options for additional space, and explained security for the property. It was obvious from the beginning that Brandon believes that "the customer comes first". On the day we moved in, Brandon helped our movers get into the secured lot and correct unit, and he was there to help in any way he could. I could not be more impressed with this young man or the facilities at MidGard Little River.

The two young men in the office were professional, kind, and helpful.
