Extra Space Storage - 1754 - Mt Pleasant - Stockade Ln

I have been looking for a storage unit for about 6 months with no luck. Either the price was too high or the location was sketchy. But I Finally have found a place that meets ALL Of my needs and standards. Extra space storage really stepped it up.I got a killer move in special that beats any other place. The whole facility is clean and easily accessible. SAFE! GREAT LOCATION!! STAFF IS SUPER CHILL and we're very helpful in answering all my questions. I think her name was Joyce.Easy to talk to and made the process fast and no stress. I filled most of the application out online and that was the way to go. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. I STAND BY MY WORD.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve stored stuff elsewhere and this place is so far my favorite. Price was the lowest around and the facility was nice. Shannon was there to meet us and showed us our unit. It was on the second floor. Elevator was large and I really appreciated the flat carts they have. On the morning we loaded up our stuff there were no others moving in, so we used three carts. Biggest thing is to remember to not prop open the elevator door or the elevator will shut down for several hours. Place was very clean and organized

As much as I wish I could afford a climate controlled unit, the unit I have is worth the money. The staff was very helpful and moving in was seamless.

The facility is very secure with several cameras and coded gates. It is clean and bright with new paint. The customer service staff onsite were very friendly and helpful, recognized I was in a hurry at my sign-up appointment and did everything possible to speed up the process. My only complaint is what appears to be a disconnect between corporate and local. I changed my original move in date but continued to get emails with that date and never got confirmation of the change despite multiple emails and voice messages/calls specifically requesting confirmation. The day before move in, it became obvious to me the change wasn't made in the system, despite staff trying to hide that. They did accommodate and I was able to move in but, what if the unit had been given away? I would have been in a mess!

This is the first time I've ever rented a storage unit. I mad,e a reservation on line and received a call a few minutes later to confirm and answer any questions I might have. When I arrived at the site the staff was very helpful and made the entire process quick and easy.

The security seems quite tight. The area is hidden and out of the way. The space is a perfect size.
