I had never used a storage space before and Susan led me thru the whole process so patiently. And since at my age, 88, I needed help moving additional items to storage she offered to help and send someone to take my additional items. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that as it was difficult for me. She sent her delightful daughter who took everything to storage for me and was extremely helpful and made me feel so cared for. I would recommend this storage facility to everybody - and I will always be indebted to Susan and her daughter for their understanding and compassion.
