After searching for weeks online, I couldn't find storage units that fit my needs. Finally, within minutes of calling "SpareFoot Storage", I received a confirmation email, for the right size unit, 1st floor, climate controlled, 10 minutes from home, plus, a super discount! The whole facility looks brand new. The management, was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks so much for all your help. I would definitely recommend SpareFoot Storage.

My only complaint is that, when I signed up there was no free day included. The day prior, when I was looking for a place, there was a free day offered. My fault for not signing up the previous day.

Secure! Actually booked a smaller unit at another of there facilities off of 501. Lady there didn't have what I had in size so she immediately helped me calling another one of there locations off of beaver run Blvd. First month was free! Everyone was very helpful whole process is smooth and easy, place is very clean and secure. Price for climate controlled unit was very reasonable compared to most. Would highly recommend.

The facility is large and only about a year and a half old. Lois, the manager was friendly and fun to deal with. The facility is spotless. Security is 24 seven and my unit is climate controlled. I have plenty of space for my items and feel everything will be safe. You can also rent U-HaulTrailers and vehicles. The property is big enough to house large RVs and you can even park your car there for a period of time. Excellent service and everything went smooth and fast!

I was met at the door by Lois, the facility Manager, and she was friendly, and fun to deal with, answered all my questions, and is a delightful person. The facility is spotless, and well organized. 24/7 security. Heated storage units in the two story building where I rented a spacious 5x10 foot unit. Large newer facility, can accommodate RV's, and has U-Haul available right on the property. Well-lit unit was exactly what I needed and even more space than I was expecting, so excellent value. I know my stuff is safe and secure, and in good hands. I am very happy with my decision to rent a storage space from Life Storage!

I was able to consolidate 3 10x10 units into one larger 10 x20 unit saving a ton of money. ! And it's an upgrade into a climate controlled building !!!

The staff were most helpful with our check-in process and the gentleman who show us the unit was very accommodating to our need for dollies etc.. We were also to check-in our U-Haul truck rental right there which was great. It was a good experience for us.

U-Haul could no longer help us. Lois at SelfStorage did not take advantage of us as some businesses would and she vowed to make it work no matter what And she did.

This was a really great experience for me! It was my first time ever renting a storage unit and doing big girl things on my own and they made the transition smooth.

Helpful staff. New facility is nice but elevator is slow but being repaired. Very clean. Easy to access from main roads.

When we got there, the front desk person was kind and knowledgable. We moved into the unit it was very hot. We actually went to the office to cool off. The guys were very friendly. The only problem we had is that we had a padlock but some units had a cylinder lock, which was ours so we had to buy a lock. Other than the lock we had no trouble or probkems.

I had to wait for a customer who kept changing his paperwork. Mine was done in a couple of minutes because I filled out the forms online ahead of time - so I recommend the ?Rapid Rental? I think it is called. Bring your homeowners insurance declaration page to avoid paying insurance cost

First impression are key to a budding relationship. They went above and beyond to help me get set up the minute I set foot in the door! I'm a disabled Vet and the staff accommodated my needs to perfections.I also has some trouble with the original quoting price online. The manager quickly fixed it with no issues. Units I need were much larger than expected. Grade A+++

We saved half off our first monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rent, our original $25 fee was waived, and we are paying less for this unit than the last and went from a 5x5 to 5x15ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ storage space! You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find nicer employees than Lois and Cheryl! Very happy!!!

Lois was on point with all the info and the process was streamlined. She made it pleasant and was really helpful. Unit was exactly as described and spotless.
