Good customer service, the first desk lady was first nice and efficient.

Well let’s start this off by saying I love the place it’s very clean and up kept its quiet, but with that being said ok i was going to give u all a 5 star rating until I went on the site again to come leave a review well guess what I seen the same unit same everything for way cheaper then im paying right now and FIRST MONTH RENT FREE!! Negative i didnt get that a was suppose to. But Look this is the price difference i pay 59$ for the unit then 17$ for the insurance that when I filled out the stuff online it never said anything about insurance but they call me like three days later after I’ve done moved all of my stuff in there and was like do u have insurance on the unit if u don’t then let me go over the packages we have an go from there but on-site it doesn’t show anything about insurance, but anyways yeah so I pay like 80$ a month for a 7x10 unit indoors climate control but look when I go to leave a review an I see im on the page where u go and look at the prices well what do I do I start strolling and I see the same unit same everything like I said already well the price on it was there was one for 47$ no first months rent free, then theres one thats 39$ with first month rent free like wtf im really discussed right now like what is going on??? So what im trying to say is before u just go an rent a unit make sure u stroll and look at the prices theres big big differences on the units if u look. Thats all I was trying to get to…..

Ms. Annie and the crew are the best. The online registration process was simple even for this senior citizen. The facility is neat and clean. Then on top of all that the 1st month was free. I highly recommend them.

Awesome experience people were nice units were clean I can't say enough good things about them would definitely recommend to anybody I know thanks sparefoot and prime and prime had a difficult time moving been a worst experience in my life the truck is over a week overdue but at least when we got it all said and done the storage unit was easy to rent excellent prices moved everything in now we just have to return the U-Haul thanks again prime storage

I called on the telephone to rent a storage unit and it was very easy and they were very polite. At first I wanted a 5x5 and I changed my mind and the changes were made very quickly and customer service was 100%

Rafeal went above and beyond to help me, even as he had an irate customer in House, the customer was completely at fault. He never raised his voice or change the tone he was very pleasant to her ! As went to on helping other customers.

Darin was so helpful in assisting me with the rental process. He was kind and inviting, but most importantly thorough. The facility is clean and well organized .

I needed a space to store my trailer. I searched the web and they showed a space available. I called to confirm and the web information was correct. We arranged for me to be there the same day. Everything was easy. Service rep was great and I moved in to the space in less than one hour. Great experience for me. Personal experiences with other local storage facilities has been no where near this experience. Prime Storage is in another league compared to the other local facilities.

Darrin Was So Friendly and Helpful. One Note: Pleas don't allow people to SMOKE in units! The day the movers arrived with My moms home contents it smelled Horribly of Cigarette Smoke!!! I ALMOST CANCELLED!!! I was afraid everything would come back stinking like SMOKE!!! I made an extra trip back the NEXT DAY to see if it still smelled of Cigarette Smoke. It did NOT. I want Management to know if my Moms Home Contents, clothes etc come back smelling of Smoke we will expect our money back. Thanks!
