Management was very nice and friendly. I didn't like the fact that insurance is mandatory and had to purchase a cube smart lock. Don't like the gate hours but understand because it is in a bad area. Overall I'm happy with the rental.

We had an issue getting the proof of insurance, but after three tries and a lot of patience we finally got it in.
