The customer service was Excellent!! He made sure I had just what I needed and also made sure I was ok with the minthly price before completing the contract.

My parking space was taken by another person causing me to have to go to the office to resolve. I prepaid using Smart move in and this glitch took me alot more time to leave the facility

The manager, Mr. Randolph, was very helpful, took the time to show me around to several units, explained everything clearly, and was friendly and courteous. The unit is satisfactory, instructions for access are easy to understand.

Overall, good booking experience. The overhead door to the unit could use lubricating due to the noise opening and slight binding. Driving to the unit was easy and plenty of room to unload.

The employees were very friendly. The storage shed could of been swept out. Other than that everthing went very well.

Every thing was done professionally. I loved the fact that I could go online & reserve a unit & not worry about having the money up front. Having the option to pick a date that was convenient for me made a difference as well.

I made the reservation online. Within a few min, I got a call asking if I had any questions. I popped up at the location just to take a look before I confirmed and Dominick stopped what he was doing and assisted me. Politely showed me the unit. Went over all particulars. I told him I'd be back early Saturday morning. On Saturday I got there after 1pm. He knew who I was, introduced me and they got me into my unit 1,2,3. Extremely professional.

I thought it would be a climate controlled storage unit, but it did not seem so when I moved in. But otherwise I have a very efficient and good move in process.

I moved into a unit at this facility a few weeks ago. They were able to accommodate to a time that worked with my work schedule to help me make the move possible. Mike, the general manager, went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure the move-in was exactly what I needed.

This facility is so outstanding i would use this again in a heartbeat

i called the place to tell them i would be late getting in and adam said no problem let him know when i got there and he would get me in and we would finish the paperwork the next morning i realy appreciated that even though i didn't have to do it very nice of him

The managers of American Storage on Rivers Avenue were incredible. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel like as an individual, I was important to them. I am glad my belongings are safe with them.

mandatory insurance just to store "space junk" is unreasonable...a huge rip-off....

The experience was great. Wish we were told we had to get insurance prior to our arrival because many people dont know and wil only bring enough money for the processing fee.

Wonderful and friendly managers. Ran the paperwork smoothly and there were no surprises. Facility is older but clean. Was able to get a 26' rental truck to my unit.

There were some administrative and insurance fee add-ons, but these were explained in advance as part of the on-line reservation and again at the time of signing the papers.

Average needs a better n faster gate entrence to make it easier for their customwrs.

Once you do the paperwork then at the end they inform you its an additonal fee for insurance you must have to rent that is not listed on website ad.

The move-in was simple. The price was very competitive. The storage unit was clean and extremely easy-to-access.

Overall no problems and a pleasant experience
