The entire process was smooth, from online booking (which came with a discount) to showing up and loading my belongings into the unit. The on-site staff was also very friendly and helpful since it was my first time renting a unit and wasn't sure how it worked. Overall, it was a very easy and hassle-free process.

Brian the general manager and Gerry the customer service rep were wonderful. They checked me in, showed me the unit and answered all my questions. He even explained the details of the lease. Great experience!

Everything was wonderful. The building was clean and tidy. The prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and courteous.

It definitely couldn't have been easier, and the price was the best anywhere in town.

I had to put all my house hold goods in storage, as my family is moving across country. This storage facility has fair prices that are competitive in the area. The staff was friendly and we got everything moved in within an hour. The auto pay options are super convenient! I'm glad I chose this storage.

It took a while to obtain the unit. I share the vacinity with someone else and while she was moving her items in she found snakeskin in the unit and a possible hole where the snake could have come from.

Just moved into area. Checked prices on line for here and the competitors in my area. This was the best bang for the buck. Reserved and came in office was very clean and employess was very polite and professionally. He explain the insurance to me and I thought it was a fair price for the amount. He took me to see the unit before we closed the deal to make sure it was what I needed. I felt that my items would be safe. Every thing was GREAT.

I reserved the rental space on line based on an ad. NOWHERE was it mentioned that the advertised rates did not include the mandatory insurance. Would've been very nice to know this BEFORE I loaded up my stuff and drove there. Not the end of the world, but a clear explanation on the site is a reasonable expectation. I chose YES to recommend, but with that nod will come my advice not to rely on the quoted price.

Problem was solved about refunding situation. However, I had to contact again about the situation--it was sent to their accountant. The situation was handled well but took a little while. Moving in was peaceful. Paperwork took a short time. The man who helped was kind and made sure I wanted to check out the unit before I moved in and signed a contract. IT WAS A GOOD DEAL! The units are spacious and tall and he suggested a good safe heavy duty lock! He also gave good advice. Thank you.

This is my first time using a rental facility, and the onsite manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made it easier to decide on the space needed to store all of my clothes!!! He was thorough with pricing and detailed with presenting promotional plans to save me money.

I had to find a storage unit for my personal belongings and I am very price concious. This was by far the best rate and great costumer service! I do recommend American storage.
