Top notch facilities clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I've dealt with more than a few storage facilities over the years but the service, understanding, personal attention and absolute kindness has never come close to what we get with Miss Cricket here and Amanda at the Prescott location.

Newer facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very clean. Lots of equipment to transfer furniture to my storage site. An employee quickly opened the wide main entrance for us. The on line price was better than most other facilities.

Cassie was extremely pleasant and helpful with everything I needed.

There are bugs and roaches all over the building. I'm scared of getting my stuff out and taking it to my new home because of all the bugs. We were literally fighting off the roaches just to bring my stuff in.

Hannah Grace was a pleasure to work with. She is quick and efficient and gets you in your unit in no time! The facilities are clean and new. Only downfall is that the access hours arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t 24hr, they are open to access 6am-9pm M-Sun.

Experience was quick and easy. Did most of it online prior to getting there. Only issue I had was that there is no indication anywhere that you cannot use your own lock that you have to purchase one from the company because of the way the units are set up. And the cost for the lock is 20.00. Granted it's only 20.00 but when you are on a tight budget it hurts the pockets
