Great customer service great location very clean

My only complaint was my unit was dirt upon move in. The old lock that was drilled out was still in the unit. I loved the site map. It saved me a lot of time searching for my unit

The manager that processed my storage unit was courteous,professional, and extremely helpful. I was with UHaul, half a mile away. After a month with them, i spent a whole day to move my heavy stuff to Public Storage. Keep up the great work public storage.

The facility I picked is great and the manager Esmerelda was fantastic! She stayed and kept the office open to help me register my unit past closing time and helped me out tremendously.

The process was easy and unit is good the only aspect that to my opinion was absolutely obscured was paying $21 for a lock that is useless for anything else but this storage unit

I came into the office right at closing. The employee was so gracious enough as to take me as a customer even though she was closing down for the day. Once she noticed the severity of my situation she open for business and allowed me to rent a storage unit. The gratitude shown will never be forgotten and I will always be grateful for her gesture. I give her 10 thumbs up!

Excellent customer service.

Great location and very secure facility. Affordable and friendly staff. I actually moved out late one afternoon on the cutoff date and they were nice enough to credit me over $150 when they didn't have to. Awesome place.

I called one branch asking if they had indoor climate controlled storage. They said yes. After walking back to the unit, it was not climate controlled, and opened to the pavement. Puzzled, I walked back to the office where the very nice attendant phoned another branch nearby. They said they had what I was looking for. I drove to that location, and guess what? Same story, we rode in a golf cart to a supposed inside, climate controlled space only to find it too was neither inside nor climate controlled. It did have a box of Damp-Rid inside. Again the very friendly attendant called a third location 6 miles away who said they had what I needed. And they did. The deal was done, super nice attendant, but why did I have do visit 3 places to get what I think is a pretty straight forward request?

I rented two unit. The last one I had to accept since they were closing but the price was messed up and I was overcharged. Still not able to get cleared up. Customer Service was rude and un helpful

Great unit to store garage items and Xmas stuff. Overall, very happy with the size of the unit and the price!

The staff was very helpful in aiding me in deciding what size unit(s) I needed. They were also accommodating when I had to change sizes at the last minute.

Experience with the store rep was great, quick and efficient. I got everything I needed and more within less that 30min

The place was nice and clean the check in was nice and friendly the only think i did not like was you had to purchase a lock from public storage and its only work at public storage so when you not need to used public storage anymore the lock is useless
