Excellent customer service. Clean facility.

The hours of operation are not valid. It states that it will be open daily but it is not. I’ve arrived at 7 am and the entire facility was not accessible.

Lynne offered great customer service... we shared stories and she kept me laughing. Made my experience one to remember. Just wish the area was better for the staff to continue to feel safe. Overall a great experience. Got me setup over the phone and found a suitable room for my things; also, called the next day to make sure I would still be doing business with them. I would highly reccommend!

I needed to find affordable storage fast and I got way more. Miss Lynn took care of me from the moment I walked in, until it was my time to check out. Every part of this experience was painless and so convienent. !!

I have been using Public Storage in various states and I only had 1 bad experience. Lynne is cordial, pleasant, friendly and a people person. I enjoy working with her. This is a very busy place and she is the only one I see working this facility. Keep up the good work Lynne!! By the way, we could use another facility across town, less than 10 miles away. This one is always full.

This was my time renting storage. I met the most pleasant and courteous lady named Lynne. She answered all my questions in depth. She showed me 2 different size units to help me determine which size would be best. I will recommend Public Storage to friends and family because of Lynne.

I had a great experience with getting a storage unit. It went very smoothly. The lady that helped me was very friendly. Her name was Lynn and she was also very knowledgeable about packing things in different size boxes and the size storage unit I would need for my things. I found the place very clean and the lighting is great.
