No lock, couldn't get in gate, gate instructions were incomplete. Had to back out of single wide lane with severe ups and bumps. Dirty and broken, high step up was difficult. Light wouldnt turn on. Virtual office was not revealed.

Convenient location, facility clean. Only issue I had moving in is the sliding mechanism is faulty and difficult to close. Still works, just have to be careful not to pinch your hand while trying to close it. The office staff did say sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have it fixed, so waiting on that, just moved in over the weekend so she hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had time yet.

Nathan was by far the most helpful and personable person I have done business with at a storage facility. He explained everything thoroughly, and showed me my unit. I actually interrupted his lunch, but he stopped what he was doing and took care of me. Even the online reservation was quick and easy. Over all, best experience I have had.
