I have been very impressed with this facility overall the facility manager was very attentive and got me set up in a hurry taking extra time to go over all of the benefits. Highly recommended for someone who's looking for storage space at a reasonable cost in a modern clean facility.

I came in today August 23, 2019 and rented a unit. I was given my access code and signed all of the proper documentation. I left to get a trailer and the items that were to go into the unit. My access code for the gate would not work once entered. I checked it and entered a few more times. After which, I called the (888) number. The first guy I spoke with couldn’t even find me in the system. He the. Forwarded me to someone who informed me the first guy was misspelling my name. He apologized gave me an “emergency “ number that didn’t work and then said he would contact the manager to come assist. I waited a while and called back several times only to get the voicemail each time. I have not been able to get any resolution when all I am wanting is the service I paid for. I am highly disappointed as I had such a great first impression and was very optimistic. I could have easily spent my time and money elsewhere and reach the success I was seeking here! Some type of compensation needs to be made to me for having to sit outside of this gate with a full truck and trailer!!!! The next day I went to the office to be told by the manager that he received a call at 9:45 pm and didn't answer because he needed to get his rest. Everyone I spoke with failed to realize that I was there before the 10pm lock out time and my codes didn't work. I was told that they would contact the district manager and get back with me with some type of compensation, which I have not heard from anyone yet.

Overall incredible experience, from booking online to the follow up phone calls and emails I received to exceeding my expectations once I arrived! It made the stressful move a pleasure in the end! I highly recommend Prime Storage in Ro k Hill, SC. Amazing staff, clean facility, everything you could possibly need!!

They gave us a great rate to get us in. One of the first issues we noticed was the security drive through gate was constantly broke and would take sometimes weeks to get fixed. We had two units there. Both were broken into and multiple items stolen. We found out from the responding police officers that these units were being reported as broken into for months but we were never told that by storage company. There were so few items left we were able to consolidate our two units into one. They offered no compensation whatsoever for their poor security. They did give us a partial credit on the unit we closed. When we emptied the other unit and closed that account about one week into the month, they refused to give us a credit for the rest of the month. They said they don't give partial credit, even though they had done it in the past. We were told by their customer service that this was the new policy. Nobody ever informed us of this policy. If you care about your stuff, go somewhere else.

Very clean facility. Good security. Was glad to be able to get climate control. Wish there was a Prime Storage closer to where I moved. Rates are a little high. But overall it's a nice place.

We had rented a storage from another facility on friday a 5x10. Got there Saturday 4:35 pm.. Ending up with a 5x5 and noone at site to help us.. Called Prime Storage they were very polite and attentive to our needs. Ended up with a 10x10 cheaper!
