Customer service was excellent facility looked clean. the main security gate was under repair. just moved in, to early to give a complete review

The entry gate doesn't work. Prices are very high.

Made appointment online and she followed up for times that would work for both of us. She was nice, friendly and funny.

I reserved a unit on a Friday, with anticipation to move my stuff in over the weekend. The gates were turned off and I had to pay for another unit, through another company so I could move.

Wanda is a terrific person to work with and she does an outstanding job!

Used Public storage 10 years ago and thought of no other place to use again. Courteous help and good facility.

From first contact through using the Public Storage facilities, I was very impressed. I was treated well, given a tour and the contract for services was clearly explained. The property is consistently kept pristine. I am looking forward to our future working relationship!

Wanda did an excellent job of explaining details in depth. She patiently answered questions and provided me with appropriate options to suit my needs. She even shopped around to make sure that she was offering me the best deal. The facility seems clean and safe. I am happy with my experience so far.

No one should be made to take insurance for the contents of the building. If they want it, ok, but not made to take it. I believe your pricing is too high and your "first month $1" doesn't exist. The contents of my building remained 6 wks. You should fully disclose the "extras" when quoting rent price. I worked for Public Storage years ago. That's why I rented from you folks. But am fully and completely disappointed in current change in policy. The manager was very personable. We had several talks. She's ok.

Public Storage on Red River Road in Rock Hill gave me a truly exceptional customer experience. The manager Wanda was extremely helpful, friendly and delightful to talk to. Wanda made some wonderful suggestions to make my move into her facility as easy and painless as possible. I would highly recommend this Public Storage if you are looking for space in the Rock Hill area.

This is a go to place to store your belongings, the only down fall is the non 24hr access

When called and set up for storage unit on ur 800 number they said all needed was a 10X10 and that wasn't happening. The lady that worked at units helped me get into the one I needed with room to spare. I was in middle of moving my family out of town so was stressed as it was. But with her help she made a bad situation turn out ok. THANKS
