Midgard Self Storage - Seneca - 600 Shiloh Road

Overall it was a great experience. However, no one told us the unit we rented had gravel driveways which would make it difficult to load and unload the unit. However, it was very easy to switch to another location with paved driveways though the size unit we wanted was unavailable and we had to size up at almost twice the price. However, working with the agents was very easy and pleasant and we appreciated their efficiency. They seemed to help us get the best rate possible.

I was expecting to sit down with a live person vs the virtual process.

The virtual process took too long. The address for your buildings should be larger so you can easily spot from the road.

The interaction with the virtual agent was great though the image could be improved as the border was too artificial. Then the gate code we were given did not quickly either get inputted into the system, or the computer took too long to update gate codes so we had to go back to the virtual agent and got a temp code. It took until the next day for the original gate code work. It would be wise to make it faster. The virtual agent was VERY pleasant to deal with.

Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get an account set up online, barely can reach anyone by phone, So many fees and canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get an answer about why my bill keeps going up. Tried to get online access, I entered the correct information but it still says error. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only a virtual assistant to talk to in the office. Had an introductory price of $30/month. The very next month they changed the price of all units. Added a fee for a new lock, which is fine, but then a whole extra 12 dollars was added to my bill with no explanation. Going to find a new unit somewhere else. Overall not the best experience.

My gate access code didn't work, couldn't get in and couldn't get hold of anyone to help. Cost me extra to have to pay for the mover time wasted sitting around. I called to complain and didn't get much resolution

Everything went smoothly. Very satisfied

Everything was quick and easy. Storage area was very neat and clean. The only problem is when unloading into the storage facility you have to keep entering your code every time you go in.

Online pictures of 5x5 is deceiving it is a locker and nothing tall can go in it. So it took us an hour to find another spot that would work. But Brittany and staff on-site were amazing
