The ONLY improvement I have for them is to put up some Eye-catching signs for where their access code terminals are placed. The facility has a non-standard layout and the code boxes blended in with their backgrounds so I drove in circles trying to find them both to get in and out. Maybe they could upgrade to a Bluetooth app entry like other facilities as well? That said, this is the nicest, cleanest and most professional storage place I've ever rented from with some of the best pricing. And I've rented units from 7 or 8 different companies across 3 different states in my life.

Great customer service. The unit is a great size for the price.

The woman who helped me, Sonya, was courteous, friendly, very helpful and patient. The Indoor Unit I rented was at an excellent price, it was clean and in fact as I walked in and out to store my things there was a fresh smell in the corridors. The floors were clean too! I loved the fact that the indoor units were well cared for. Outdoor area as well. In addition the Security Gates worked perfectly and the instructions I was given on how to operate everything was very clear and patiently demonstrated. A very welcoming atmosphere!

I found the deal for the storage unit online, and called the store directly. The woman that answered was super helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. I get there to check in and it goes smoothly. The woman that I checked in with was the same I spoke with the day before. Again she is the one that made the total experience with a great attitude.
