Public Storage - Simpsonville - 3112 Grandview Drive

Extremely difficult to drive my trailer around the side of buildings.

We were helped in a positive and friendly manner. All we were looking for was taken care of and we are extremely happy with the experience we had.

Facility is clean and safe and Ang was great!

Very pleased with the service and the security.

great customer service. Sibbie, the manager explained all the documents and she made suggestions to improve my moving experience.

Customer service is great my on problem in my unit #24 is infested with ants they are all over everything and there is nothing edible in any of my belongings. Super bad problem. My only complaint every thing else with the facility and faculty is 5 star.

Sibby is so awesome as the property manager !! The property is always secure and clean!!! I have been here almost 4 years (I use my unit for storage for my business ) and wouldn't move!! Many many storage companies closer to my home but the faculty and staff make the difference!!

I have stored household items many times in the past This particular Public Storage facility is by far the best experience I have had. Sibbie is very thorough and provides excellent customer service. She has called when I have incorrectly locked my unit and keeps great watch over the entire property. If you are looking for storage....I highly recommend giving Sibbie a call.

Great place but only had 2 units open.

Excellent customer service. Reliable and friendly. Listens to needs and responds. Well run property. Clean. Passageways, especially at ends of units are a bit tighter than I'd like.
