Units are unsafe as people hanging out on the property that appear to be living or just hanging out there. Holes in the fencing.

My interaction with customer service was all by phone and the customer service representative was patient, knowledgeable and kind. The process was simple and the move went without any issues. The storage unit was just as it was promised.
