Some damage to flooring and overall condition left some question as to possible moisture problems and/or rodent presence. Unsure of soundness of the facility in this regard. Otherwise, it is acceptable for the price. Unable to use personal lock due to for type.

One of the few places that were open after 5, to start that was pertinent due to my work schedule. The location is super convenient and the manager, Pam, is very nice and helpful. The process was easy to get a unit in very little time.

I hate putting my stuff in storage but if I must, Public storage is the place I prefer!! Especially the one on Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg SC near the mall. It's always clean, well lit at night and security is on point. The manager Pam has been there a long time and knows her product! If you aren't sure about the size you need she can tell you. She is always courteous and helpful and I highly recommend this storage company. The prices are reasonable and they always have specials.

Great experience!!! Registration online was easy..Manager called to confirm appointment time. She was friendly once I arrived to pay and move in. She showed me where my storage unit would be to confirm if it was correct. Process was fast and simple.

Absolutely an amazing experience! Rented with Mrs. Pam and this woman really knows her stuff. I went clueless being that I never had to rent a storage in the past, but it was such a breeze. I think the process took less than 30 min and that's with loads of questions. The property is very well kept, in the perfect location and easy to maneuver. I feel my items are safe here and that was a major plus for me. Thank you Mrs. Pam!!

My fiancé and I rented with Pam today, it was fast and easy. She was very nice and knows her stuff. Nicest storage place I have ever been to. We will definitely come back again if we need storage. Very glad we chose this location. Pam and staff were very helpful and our property was delivered in great condition. Would highly recommend this location. Update: Just finished moving our stuff out of storage into our new place. Very pleased with coming to Public Storage. Pam helped us out with an issue that came up, and was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I didn't like the fact that a) gate is oftentimes left open during the day, b) I couldn't turn on the light bulb during dawn or dusk hours due to them being on a timer. c) I wasn't able to turn in my lock for perhaps a partial refund.

The representative was very helpful with the paperwork. When I got to the "38 ft"outside space the wall of the building made it very difficult to back my camper into the spot. I am still concerned about getting it in and out when I use it. It it shown as a 38 foot space outside but not at all easy to get into.
