Moving in was easy, the only problem I had was removing the green tab where the lock goes. Cut my finger and was bleeding for awhile, other than that it was super easy.

Speaking to a live person does make things much easier and I personally being a 65 year old disabled Senior Citizen would feel safer having another adult on the premises. Unfortunately I understand that providing human interaction is costly and most people these days are comfortable using kiosks, computer and other electrónic devices to conduct business. There is a large part of society that are not comfortable with no human interaction. It's a shame that a good portion of society fall into that category and aré forgotten in so many ways.

Online information said free first month's rent and free lock; only $20 admin fee needed to move in. When I got to the facility, had to use kiosk to check in, with no mention of first month free nor free lock, and pay $166 to move in. Called to speak to customer service, who argued with me about offer of free month and free lock. Ended up getting 2nd month as free only with commitment of auto-pay (not previously mentioned). Still no free lock offered; only lock seen was in machine costing $15 per lock. If I wasn't desperate to get items into storage at this time, would not have worked with business whose word cannot be trusted.

By far the worst storage unit experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had, and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had several. For my FIRST visit, my code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work for the gate when I arrived at the facility. I called the number on the building and before I could get someone on the phone, another customer rolled up and was nice enough to let us in. Customer service kept asking if I was at the right location, despite us BOTH confirming it multiple times. She argued with me about a temporary lock being on the door, and I eventually hung up because I was wasting time arguing with her rather than unpacking my things. When it was time I leave a called customer service again & after trying 3 or 4 new codes and confirming over and over again I was at the right place, they eventually said there was nothing they could do to let us out. At this point Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m obviously livid and my friend had to take the phone. She had to literally raise hell just to get a code that actually worked. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be moving my things first chance I get to a storage unit that actually has reliable customer service. My things have been in the unit for 2 weeks and is already covered with stink bugs. I guess thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to happen when there are literally zero employees at the facility. Only giving two starts because the kiosk and internet reservations were very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Quick easy clean storage I'd recommend it to any of my friends I actually didn't know if I had enough room made a phone call and they got me a little fire by 20 for 20 bucks for a month a lot better than the storage I moved out of great location good security

I had a bit of trouble getting my 40ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ motorhome thru the entrance gate, while being alone and unable to reach the key pad I had to get out of my rig to open the gate, by the time I got back in and started forward the gate started to close. I called the number there next to the key pad and was able to get help. All worked out well.

This is my second time renting at this location. I like that it is fenced with key code security. I'm in a drive up outside unit and although it's a bit cooler this week, when you open the roll up door, it is extremely hot. None of the outside units have any type of ventilation. They are closed up non insulated metal boxes with no way for heat build up to escape. They would be better if they had turbine roof fans to allow the heat to vent. Thank goodness it's not July. I will try and get my things moved out as soon as I can. Choose climate control if you store anything that can be damaged by extreme temperatures.
