Excellent service to get signed up for move-in. Facility is clean and the climate control building is kept at a great temperature. The only suggestion I have is to put door stopper's on the bottom of the doors that lead into the indoor units. It's hard to move a bunch of stuff in when the door won't stay open and your hands are full. Other than that it's a great storage facility.

Another customer had a unit further down the line and since the roads are all one-ways I had to move the U-Haul truck I rented to the side, nearly touching the wall for the other vehicle to get past me. Other than that, great experience.

The only problem I had was I rented an indoor climate controlled storage unit and was left to my own demise to figure out what type of lock is used. Only to find out that they have to supply you with a lock in order to shut the door!

I was unable to make it to the location in person in time to set up my rental agreement. The property manager was kind enough to wait for me after hours, and set me up over the phone. While I always recommend that you personally check out a place before signing up, my circumstances did not allow me to do so this time. This meant my first time seeing my unit was on move in day. The unit and facility exceeded my expectations. The units are well secured, clean and it was easy for me to find and access.

I've rented a unit several times over the years for personal and business use. Sandy always goes out of her way to take care of us. We've tried other storage companies that offer fantastic move in specials, only to keep raising the rates. Simple, straight forward, clean & secure. Don't waste your time storing anywhere else.
