This Storage Facility was an AWESOME experience for me. I enjoyed meeting the Manager Patrick Martens. He was helpful and informative. Even with the new changes to the Facility (under construction). My friend was dropped off at my unit , she was having trouble with the lock so she called me ...after I talked to her..the manager called to tell me she was there I told him I knew she was & we were having trouble with our lock .he proceeded to try to say she was staying on site....if she was staying in the unit.. she wouldn't be outside trying to get in... Then my boyfriend showed up and asked about band practice being allowed.. he was told it was not allowed..now tonight we drove to the storage place & the gate is locked and a sign is posted saying gate access is. Only during office hours...the two main reasons we selected monster storage was the ad said band practice was allowed & we would have 24 hour access to our unit... neither is true...

I was a little surprised that I had never noticed this storage facility. It was older looking but it was obvious they were remodeling. After sitting down with a gentleman who worked for Monster Storage, not only was I relieved and reassured that things were getting upgraded and it would be much better then before. Customer Service was EXCELLENT, and I am excited to see the end result. Great attitudes and atmosphere.

They are definitely making efforts to repaint, and renovate the facility, but overall I felt it was clean and secure. The value was just incredible. My experience with the manager was great as well, extremely friendly and helpful and even offered to clean up the unit further if it was not to my expectations. Overall I would absolutely recommend this storage space to a friend.

Prices are really reasonable, customer service was on point, only reason i gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because they just got new management and havent had a chance to clean it. I would recommend it to all my peeps.
