Public Storage - Ladson - 3366 Ladson Road

The only issue is getting in from Ladson, but that’s probably my fault for choosing this one. 😁 The staff member who helped us (and I didn’t get her name 🤦🏻‍♀️) was super helpful!

I reserved my storage unit and signed my lease online. It was a very easy process. Everything I needed was in my unit when I arrived. The unit was clean and exactly as described on the website

Locked inside gate not once but TWICE during office operation hours. These events happened within a week of each other and both times there has been ZERO staff on grounds. The second time my husband had to to manually lift the gate in order to let us as well as 3 other cars lined up at the gate trying to get out. The fire department is getting called if there is a third incident because i refuse to put up with this facility endangering my life and still refuses to have the proper maintenance performed. That's just gross negligence.

I love this storage area, it is convenient for myself and my sister who we share the storage && it's well priced! No complaints from us! And the manager was fantastic!

Public storage manager at the facility was very helpful. They made an appointment with me and was ready when I arrived. The lease arrangement was clearly explained to me and the paperwork for the lease was filled out and explained. The whole process just took a few minutes and was completed, signed, and I was on my way.

Ladson, SC facility is set up very well and the onsite staff are nice to work with.

Easy to get set up!

I like the price and the storage unit, the only issue I have is that the sliding door at the front of the building does not work properly. This can be a pain if you have a lot of things to move

You have any issues with the storage or being able to get in and get a place. Your representative was well knowledged and helped me to find what I was looking for.

My 10X15 climate controlled unit cost me almost $45.00 more than the same size unit cost my son at the same facility rented just a couple of months ago for his use. I don't think the costs should vary like this just because of when you rented it. Regardless of the time of year, the price should remain the same.

This is my first time renting a storage space, I had a lot of questions & concerns. I was not sure of what I needed or how big I was needing to go. The staff is amazing. They were able to answer all my questions & concerns & get me into the right storage space. The prices are good, the units are clean, the security is awesome, the staff is friendly, outgoing, knowledgable, and I feel that they played a big part in helping me make the right decision on my unit.
