We had a pretty fast and easy check-in, the store associate was very cheerful, courteous, professional, and polite. About the only things that I would improve would be a military discount, and 24 hour access to the units for those that need to load and unload in the middle of the night. If we are paying customers, and have our gate and door codes, then we should be able to come and go as we need. I would recommend this location to anyone living near that location.

Person working o n that morning was very gracious ,helpful, ready to explain exactly what I was getting..recommended what size unit I needed after asking me what I was going to place in it. After purchasing my unit he took me outside to make sure I knew how to use the code correctly.

Duva is awesome! She got me set up with a great unit, in a great location on the lot, and a dehumidifier so my belongings don't get ruined with South Carolina humidity. I would recommend friends and family to see her in the future.

The manager was awesome and understanding in my last minute attempt to get a unit. Even offered to keep the gate open late to help with my quick move, it was not necessary but glad to know it was an option. Other places I've dealt with were extremely strict on gate times.

Excellent Customer Service! I completed my application online, received a call from Duva within minutes. Appointment made that same afternoon to go in and look at the unit size I had requested in the climate controlled building. Supplies are onsite if needed for moving. Facility was clean and conveniently located to my home. Whole process was less than three hours; and, that included time for errands I had to do. Very pleased and would recommend facility.

The staff was amazing J.P. and Duva helped answer my questions and the pricing is the best I have seen around town. The time they took to explain how everything works was also helpful and they have flat bed carts and the unloading dock also comes in handy.

I am very happy so far with the location we chose during our move. I will say while climate control only means the temperature is evenly regulated I wish the regulated temperature was a little cooler, but the side of the building we are on makes that difficult. Other wise, the security and accessibility is perfect for our needs and they were great at helping us find the right size unit for our belongings to be stored between homes.
