Public Storage - Sumter - 3785 Broad St

Since I've leased storage at this facility the security gate has not been working. The staff (Kim) was great and I commend her for performance and helping me with the registration process.. but there appears to be a lack of concern for security for your customers belongings. Please fix the security gate!!

Thanks for the survey. I recently visited the Public Storage I'm Sumter on Broad Street and Kiera was super friendly and came out and helped me get all my stuff for my move. She's awesome. Today, I had to come back in to get some more supplies and I felt bad for her bc the air conditioner was broken and she had touched it out all day long. Fix her air conditioning...she deserves it! Great service, nice convenient location

Gloria was awesome!! However, the gate appears to be broken. I saw it open twice after hours, 9:59pm and 5:37am. I know it has never shut for me after I enter my code.

I needed a storage unit that would be more affordable than what I was using. I was so thankful Public Storage had the space. What was amazing was the attendant Gloria did everything to make it easy and the with the most savings she could find. I would definitely recommend them.

The customer service went above and beyond with helping me set up my unit and how to get in. The quality of the unit was fantastic with enough room to drive through the buildings. I am very happy with the assistance I received.

I recently moved out of Public Storage after many years of satisfaction. The storage unit always stayed dry even though it was not temperature controlled and there were never any break-ins. Management was always professional and accommodating. Gloria was always pleasant, patient and informative. She smiled in person and even through the phone which was important for me since I communicated from afar. Gloria is an awesome lady and went above and beyond the call of duty on my behalf! Thanks for all the years of stress-free storage!

Excellent customer service, i would recommend public storage to anyone. The cost is reasonable, the site is very clean, and security great. Wish had longer access hours.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful! The storage sizes for the prices are great! I have nothing to complain about at all. They even have great deals on boxes to help pack up your house. Definitely worth 5 stars too me, so far.
