When we got to our storage unit and opened the door it was full of water. We didn't want to put our things in the water, but even after calling and talking to a representative and asking if we could just move to one of the other open units without water in it, we were told we had to wait for the manager to call us back. We asked if it would be same day call back, since we are in the middle of moving things today. We were again told"the manager will call you". Now being the next day we are still waiting for a call from the manager and are not able to move anything else at this point. Considering we paid for the months rent, insurance and administration fee, we are NOT happy with our first encounter with this property.
