Sioux Self Storage

Everything was done online and over the phone and was very automatic and smooth. The website was a little confusing, but a quick phone call cleared everything up. Moving in took another brief phone call. Overall I spent less than 15 minutes renting my unit.

Needed the Combo to the lock(they provided me with the wrong code) on my storage unit that is already paid for to next month. Only had one day to move stuff into this unit and no one could answer their phone on the weekend. I did take it upon myself to cut their lock off to be able to use the unit I paid for. I travel for work and I needed to have my stuff out of my house as it’s going to be rented and I’ll be out of town. When they do answer they are very nice and professional.

They went above and beyond to help us from out of state. When we got there unloading the truck was a breeze! ALWAYS use this storage facility.
