Was given the gate access code and was working on a very tight time schedule. I had to be to another location to leave a trailer as this facility was not able to accomadate( after assuring me they could). Was imperative that I get to my second stop before dark. When I arrived to this storage facility there was a combination padlock on my rental unit. I tried repeatedly to reach my contact but with no success. I as no choice but to put my stuff on the ground across from my unit, meaning I had to handle a lot of heavy things twice. After much more time and aggravation I was FINALLY given the combination code for the padlock. I was given some cock and bull story about the handyman supposed to remove the lock earlier but it was too hot to work, etc, etc. Then I was told that the handyman for the facility would put my things in the unit for me that evening. After several more hours (now 11:00 at night) I drove back to the facility (if you want something done right you do it yourself). Sure enough my things were still on the ground. Then I called Steven the contact with no answer. I sent him an irate message. After another couple of lies he finally gave me the code for the padlock. I put my things in the unit myself and locked it up myself. This was approaching midnight and I had an early morning flight to catch. Conclusion. Absolutely the most unprofessional and unorganized experience Iテ「竄ャ邃「ve ever had with this type of service.

I never gotten a storage unit myself so I went to the office and asked them about it. They where very professional and also fun to talk to. I might even be getting my next apartment with them. The pricing for the storage unit is a little more expensive then i was expecting but it's a fair price.
