Rusted chain and fencing. Gate and units pretty run down as well. I would not feel safe bringing stuff on my own since a guy tried to use the key pad and it didn't work. I waited for him to enter multiple times then he backed up, motioned me over and over to exit. As soon as I was through, he raced through the gate
