I found that the web site was user friendly and I easily reserved my Storage spot with my designated Size. The following day Wesley the manger called me and left me a voice mail. I then went into the Storage facility and Wesley was thorough and patient as he explained the process to me. He also showed me the unit via his golf cart and in fact showed me additional units based on my interest and size needed. I felt that Wesley exemplified excellent Customer Service and went out of his way to assist me in making my decision.

The store manager, wesley, was super helpful and kind and a life savor!

Didn't tell me about the added cost of insurance until I got there. I signed up for a promo that said if I reserved online, I'd get the moving truck for free. Since the truck fee was changing the following week, the lady at the front desk said I would have to pay at least $40.00 to get the truck. Since I signed up while the offer was valid, I should have gotten loaned the truck. Couldn't ask for the truck to move that day because it was pouring rain. My unit was supposed to be $50.00/month. The cheapest insurance they forced onto me made it $62.00/month for a 5 by 10.

Unit was clean, lady was very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

Laura was amazing!! She was happy to help me even when I realised my first building was too small and I needed to upgrade to bigger. She quickly transferred my paperwork and found a new unit close so my transfer was super easy!!! So thankful for all her help!!

Moving was not a chore with Uncle Bob's. From their free use of a box truck to their temporary 24-hour move in access, they made moving a breeze. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them!

I was able to reserve a unit with ease. The manager on duty (Laura) I believe was friendly and very helpful. She explained all the paperwork and suggested a lock and she even showed me how to use the lock and gave me a tour of the facility which was immaculate

The customer service was great! The ladies were very helpful. Everything was very clean, and seemed secure.

Were having to wait an extra 4 days to get into our new apartment so we only need the space until the 4th of Nov and had to pay for the remaining of the month of Oct which is fine. I just wished that there was a way that we would only be billed for the 4 days tops that we would be needing it in Nov instead of having to pay insurance for another month as well as a full months rent on a unit that we will only be using for a few days.
