Very good customer service and well kept facility

We were in a pinch and Free Up definitely delivered. There was even a welcome bag waiting for us when we arrived on short notice. The area was clean. The drive to the units is sloped so that water drains down instead of standing by the units. Registration was easy and included insurance for convenience. Very impressed.

Management was courteous and helpful. I couldn't decide what size and if I needed climate control. Greg took his time and asked me questions that helped me make the best decision for my needs. He also helped me by providing me with a unit that would be easily accessible. This was my first experience with using a storage facility and it was a positive one.

Good unit. Didn't realize access was limited to certain hours

Manager was extremely nice, helpful and answered all questions I had, even made recommendations of upgrading to climate control for just a little more a month. The unit was is in great condition and easy to get to.

Greg was a great help with getting me the information and helping me find the direction of where the unit is located.

The indoor storage is clean and well lit.

Why not recommend other than too expensive
