convenient location and very friendly staff

I would definitely recommend this storage space to anyone! We are renting a parking space for our van, and they seem very cheap in comparison to many other places in the area. It was super easy and convenient to sign up online, and the folks at the desk were incredibly helpful and kind. They even called to check in before we moved our van to the space to see if we had any questions or needed anything. I also love that they are very transparent and there are no long-term service contracts.

We had an easy, excellent move-in experience, and Jason at the front desk walked us through every step of the process. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best storage facilities I've used. I recieved a very reasonable monthly price with 2 months of free storage. I was able to complete all paperwork online, except for a few minor details, which was a very quick and convenient process. The manager, Derek, was very friendly and professional. He explained all details and went over my agreement with ease and made sure I had complete understanding. I like the fact that I have gate access until 10pm because my schedule is hectic and it's not always convenient to make it before 5 or 6. The facility is very clean and I had no problems locating my unit. I'm very fond of the carts that are provided which makes moving stuff a lot easier. I'd definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a great price with friendly service and much convenience.

Amazing customer service. First of all, absolutely no bugs detected in this storage unit like I have experienced in the past. Furthermore, Jason was extremely helpful with a ton of information regarding pricing, operations, and scheduling, and went above and beyond his job to even provide me with his personal straps to secure one of my (pickup truck) loads when removing items from my storage (as my load was not close to being safe without a strap). Recognizing my hands were full, he would remotely open facility entry doors for me to allow my transitions to become easier and faster. Also, when I informed Jason of being pressed for time in removing my items before the next monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s payment deadline, he worked his magic to allow me an extra day to move my stuff and not get stuck with another monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s bill. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the little things like this that make a day go so much better, smoother, and happier. Thank you Jason for all you did for me and it was a pleasure doing business with you. I am extremely upset 😡. I was not notified of the rent on my 10×10 unit being raised from $65 dollars a month to $139 a month. I will definitely be moving my things out before my rent is due again next month. I would most definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
