I reserved 2 storage units today online and made reservations and followed up on the number they provided. They verified my reservation and I processed there. When I get there they say they don't have storage space. My question is why they tell me to come there and they can't accommodate me

The only downside is the slanted driveways between units. This makes unloading with a box truck more difficult.

A very way move in process, 1st time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever needed a storage unit. So I did everything online, they code was sent directly to my phone and the lock and key were there upon arrival. Secure facility with gated access and away from the main road. No complaints I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

WHY WAS I BILLED FOR MY SECOND MONTH ON R785 WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS FREE??? ALSO, WHY HAVE I HAD 4 INCREASES IN MY Q725 ??? IT MAKES ME WANT TO MOVE OUT... WILLIAM COFFEY

I was in constant communication after starting my journey from Palm Springs California all the way to Chattanooga Tennessee. During my 2000 mile trip however, I spilled some water on my contact information and final address in Chattanooga. I can't recall the woman I spoke with but she texted me the address while 3-4 hours outside of Chattanooga and kept open a few minutes past closing to make sure I had everything I needed to start off loading my moving van. Well beyond what most companies would do. I highly recommend the storage facility where I ended up. It is close to the airport. The Saturday team working that day were exceptional. I couldn't recommend them enough. Troy Molitor.

Barbara called 3 times and emailed twice to firm up the date, time and type of unit. When I moved in early, she already was on it and the paperwork was ready. 5 minutes and I was unloading. THE ONLY Downside is the coming industry monster; 'we have our own special (specially priced too!) lock. It's a barrel lock that you'll pay $10 or less at a hardware but at Public and Extra Space, $21/$16.

The 5x5 was a lot more spacious than I had anticipated for the price. Very clean also.

I was in need of a quick storage solution that Miranda and Amber helped me solve very quickly. They were extremely helpful and I am very confident my belongings are secure and safe. Very nice facility and staff.

My wife and I had to move out of our apartment at a moment's notice and needed a storage unit ASAP. I set up a reservation with Public Storage over the phone and went to the property 30 minutes after I called. Miranda helped me determine the best unit for our needs, AND I got it half off because of their summer sale! Miranda explained the renting process, provided great advice and tips for storage, and was an all-around great person to deal with. The facility itself is very well-maintained, clean, organized, and extremely accessible. I love the location, the service, and the people here. I highly recommend this location to anyone!

excellent service and fantastic customer service, very clean property.

The space was ideal, but their was trash and debris in the space before I got there to park my R.V. in. So I took the time myself to clean the area. The electrical outlet there in that particular space was already damaged and is in need of repair.
