Property Manager never called back but I was able to move in and the lock and keys were left in the unit.

My husband and I had a great experience with the property manager Karen and her assistant Beth they were knowledgeable thoughtful very professional which can be lacking in Corporate America, which I am in the corporate world and I can tell they really care about people and treating them with the courtesy they both make a fabulous team. ????????

The service was great. Staff was great. Very easy and very fast.

Not only did I get a early seeing of the storage unit then what I had reserved, they had a very clean property that was well-secured with security cameras and fencing. Storage unit was well maintained the front desk lady name Sherry was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fast and easy setup

I had a great experience with the woman who helped me. I'm giving four stars because I didn't feel completely safe there once alone inside the storage facility. As a young woman, safety is very important to me, and I will not return there alone to go to my unit. I will only ever bring my boyfriend, especially in the evenings. While it is gated, it is off in its own area, and that makes me nervous. That is the only reason I deducted a star.

Great rates and biggest units available that we haven't been able to find anywhere else. Scott and Charlie were very pleasant, great to deal with and very thorough in making sure our needs were met and most cost effectively.

I have been a tenant at the Cromwell location for 2 years and I've seen a handful of employee come and go, both regular employees and property managers. Over the past few months 2 current employees have been extremely helpful unlike my previous experiences with the staff and property managers. Not only have they been a huge help to me I've noticed they exceed their job expectations by going the extra mile helping tenants and potential customers that call in with questions. I was pleased with the customer service that April provided. She was helpful in all aspects from paperwork to the cleaning of the unit before I moved in. April made sure the unit was treated and that I had all the necessities to complete my move in a timely manner. Not to mention she stayed pass closing time to make sure she received my business. Great Customer Service!!!

Everything went smooth from the first call to the check out.

Had a great experience. I needed a storage unit asap and as cheap as possible and i was able to get one right before closing the lady at the desk that days was super nice and helpful.

Renting this unit was a breeze. Facility is well lit, well maintained, and easily accessed. Rates were very competitive. Only place we could find a unit as big as we needed.

the only problem I seem to have with this storage unit is be lighting isn't as bright as I thought it was at night in the complex. Also the gate seems to stay open at night which isnt ok.
