SO FAR A GOOD EXPERIENCE , VERY CLEAN AND NICE UNIT

Just needed some place close till I can buy a shed

Office personnel on the phone and in person, were so very kind and thoughtful. Very impressed how they treated me and my time!!!!

Great & easy..I will use again if I have to and also will recommend it to a friend or associates.. there was already a lock inside the unit so that made it even more convenient and the lady at the desk was super cool. She helped me with my other needs, like boxes medium and large and tape. She told me to add fabric softener to the bed and couch bags that I purchased as well............... Finishing this review is the only thing that has been hard so far lol.. have a great day

Had great difficulty with 26 foot truck and ability to navigate.

Agent was slow to assist and did so only after person request.

The storage facility looked very safe. The gate was easy to use your gate code to get into the gate but you could not get out of the gate without getting out of your car and going through the pedestrian gate and putting in your gate code from the other side of the gate. If you were by yourself you couldn't get out of the gate.

The place is well kept and has a fair price but manager is not friendly and has poor customer service!

The lady's who work there are AMAZING!

Was given no instructions as to how to use keypad to enter, or how to get the gate opened to leave the facility. I sat there 10 minutes until someone else entered.

I was very pleased with the service, help and advice I received from Ms. April and Ms. Barbara. From introductions over the phone, to the actual getting stuff moved in. They are very sweet and personable. They also kept the storage lot nice and clean. April even talked to my daughter about how safe she would keep her stuffed animals and babies.

Barb and Amber are amazing, they went above and beyond to help me get my storage at the last minute, I had a reservation but they could not find it and a truck load of my belongings along with my rowdy restless kids! They made it happen and I am so thankful. Great customer service and I recommend this location for anyone in need of a storage location

There is nothing bad that i can say

I have just moved to Chattanooga area and I am building a house and needed a place to store my household goods until I can move in, they will be arriving next week. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a welcoming hello and a smile from Barbara. After explaining my needs, Barbara made a few suggestions and then showed me the units we had discussed. Great customer service and very personable staff.

I reserved my unit for one price, and when I got there, there was another discount! For a 10x24, I only pay $59 a month!

Customer service was Excellent! Very convenient location. Was advised what size I would need because I was clueless. I am so thankful!!

There are so many annoying fees that they don't advertise... $25 administrative fee, $20 for a lock, required monthly insurance with the lowest option being $11/month, plus rediculously priced storage packaging (i.e. Plastic bags, boxes). I recommend buying packaging elsewhere. It's so misleading when they advertise that a unit is a certain price per month, and in reality, it can be 25% more expensive. Also, they are advertising an online special where the first month is $1, but you might as well not even have that, because you pay so much in upfront fees.

We needed a small storage unit for a couple months until we find a house. We found public storage and decided to give it a try. Karen was super friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service.

We rented storage space in Washington state-- friendly, helpful, and clean facilities. Now we live in the Eastern time zone. Service is still friendly and helpful. Auto pay is a big help.

I would like 24 hour access. We get email invoices, ok, but I would like to be able to print a receipt or payment confirmation when paying online. Flexible due dates would be nice. The property is clean & seems well maintained. I REALLY DO NOT like it when the staff calls me to tell me I'm 1 or 2 days past due with a firm & demanding tone wanting to know at what time that day I'm going to be in to pay my bill. A friendly reminder is ok. I would think a company of this size & complexity of contracts would be able to set up an auto email or text message reminder program. Receive text, respond with "pay with card on file". No I will not do auto pay.
