I was satisfied with the treatment I received when I first visited the storage building. Heather took care of any questions and inquiries I had about my services. She was very helpful and paid attention to details to the questions I had. I recommend anyone to visit this store and ask for Heather, Im telling any and everyone to stop by

Tracy at the Gadd Road location in Chattanooga Tennessee goes above and beyond to make sure ALL of your storage needs are met. Realizing late in the day I needed another unit for a current move, Tracy was there(even after operating hours) to make sure that I had enough space for all of my stuff. She keeps the property spotless, and does a great job promoting the company. A true asset.

Never thought I'd have such a great time signing for my storage unit! Tracy and Retta were so professional and had a great sense of Humor. I was very pleased the way it all went and can't wait to start storing.

Tracy was excellent and the space was great. I am moving in this weekend and Tracy made the transition much easier. Reserving online saved me about $20/month, and saving money is always 5 stars. Looking forward to working with her and using a great space!

I went in on a busy Saturday to start my renting process. I was helped quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with my choice of storage units.

We got a good price on the storage unit but wasn't aware of the additional price of the insurance you had to get. After i thought a minute, it is a good thing to have. Another thing is the pricey lock that was added to the price.
