I love the located but some better offers should be given to customer that rent for a long time. Especially now that the inflation is so high and money is tied.

Everything okay. Staff was very helpful. The distance between the buildings is narrow and hard to get a big truck in however it is manageable. The hours of access are good.

Unfamiliar with the many locations here at the time i rented my unit i rented one too far away , i soon realized there was one much closer to me and thought i could easily transfer to it, was told the money i paid at one location could not transfer to another and i HAD to stay there or loose it all..not a pleasant experience because the push to buy extra things was strong..rather than the focus on my needs

Easy to reserve a unit over the phone and they make sure you have the correct size for all your needs. Staff are always pleasant and such a delight to talk with. Nice, clean, and safe storage facility with a gate.

Today we were storing a two bed room appartment into a unit rented by my father-in-law. April helped get this set up. The unit was perfect and ended up being next to our existing unit! This made storing the overflow in our unit a snap! Thank you April!!!

I rented a unit with the property manager,Tory, and she was beyond helpful. She made sure to help me pick the right size unit I needed. And also helped me protect my belongings, by informing me about their custom locks and other goods. Will highly recommend anyone to this loacation!

I had an excellent customer service experience when I rented my building in Hixson, TN. Melody is an amazing and professional employee. Not only did she show me the storage building via golf cart so I didn't have to walk, she attempted to upsale various others items (coming from retail that I know is very important) she was courteous about my needs, patient and just a well rounded person. I would highly recommend this facility and especially this manager, Melody. A+++

So far my experience with Public Storage has actually taken me by surprise. I expected the safety of my items, and it was the price that initially attracted me. Being a customer service professional myself, I'm more than impressed with the friendliness and the genuine leadership at my particular Public Storage facility located on Hwy. 153, Hixson, TN. It is not just from the manager, but also the staff.
