They young lady was very helpful. She made sure I was choosing the right size storage unit for my stuff. She never tried to over sale to me and listen to me when I told her what I was needing. I was happy about the price I was given and not had one problem yet with the company.

I was there meeting with a friend to assist with loading her unit and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember the gate code she gave me. The staff escorted me in and lead me to her stowhere she was waiting,

The lady behind the desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean.

Facility is clean. Took me almost two weeks to find a lock that would work with the type of door. They said they were sold out and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get any in. Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t told this when I paid for unit. Paid on time every month. They more than doubled my rate. And no, it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a promotion that ended. Was paying $50 a month. It went up to $105 a month. That is a RIDICULOUS price increase and too much for a small storage room!

I have been using Signal Mtn Storage for over 2 years now. I have had to increase my unit size to meet my personal needs. The customer service and their willingness to assist is excellent.

I have been a customer for this storage unit for over 20 years! I have only been paying $56 a month, however last year and this year I received notice that the price was going to increase by $10, making my rent $66.00,,but the reason was due to adding insurance for each unit. Well, I have insurance already and last year I was told to send the declaration page to show my insurance coverage dates. Last year I did and they did NOT increase my rent. This year I called and I was told to send this yearﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s declaration page with the dates! I did, but I was informed, after waiting for a call, that sorry, you will still have the $10 increase. It may not sound like a significant increase, but I am retired and on a fixed income! My HOA fee increased, my property taxes increased making my mortgage payment go up over $73 ! I will be 68 years old in August and senior citizens are doing our best,,as well as all Americans, with the increases due to inflation. Since I DO have insurance coverage and proof, I feel this was not fair to add an increase to my unit. I hope at least senior citizens would be taken in consideration due to our fixed income. Thank you!
