Cherry Station Storage

I have 2 10x10 units and they were BOTH broken into. I lost countless irreplaceable items as my wife just passed and a lot of memories were in those units. They stole EVERYTHING of value. I am devastated. The gate has been broken and left open for a period of time, I had to discover the theft on my own as there is never anyone on site to monitor or even look at the condition of the doors and locks. Even after they were notified, no one came to replace or fix the locking mechanism.

I had fine experience with storage place except it took a while like next business day before got feedback but the issue was on a customer who parked( used 2 Rv spaces) and did not allow me to get my Rv parked in the assigned space I was given.

My code don’t work when I arrived. But I’m sure it’ll get worked out. I understand things happen sometimes.

Cons: 1) Very hard to contact for the gate code that is needed to enter/exit facility. 2) We also couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t locate the camper lot that was assigned to us. 3) After arrival and several hours we finally received the gate code via email. 4) Dropped the camper in a different lot, now 3 days later, via email they want the camper moved to my assigned lot and my truck is in the shop for repairs from a deer accident. Pros: 1) The price is very reasonable. 2) The facility is clean and secure. 3) The location is convenient for me. 4) Easy access to park my 30ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ camper.

Be sure to get the gate code BEFORE you move in!!! You need it to get in and out. Could not reach anyone to get the code. After approx. 3-4 hours, several call & leaving messages & sending an email I finally received the code via email.

It took me in the back entrance since not being from the area .... it took everything to find the front entrance, then the code was incorrect and we had to go back and forth with customer service. THANK YOU!

Facility is not well maintained the front road coming in has been washed out and the gate is padlocked where it cannot be used. Didn't get the identity verification until after we were at the gate trying to get in and could not get access even though customer service helped very well with this process.

I would like to see. Ore lighting and security cameras but this works for what I need
