Friendly service, an clean storage. Easy access when you need it even after hours

The lights donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stay on or work throughout most of the facility. It is definitely not climate controlled.

No complaints so far except the unit that I reserved still had stuff in it from previous tenant and I had to wait with my things outside the unit till it was cleaned out.The attendant working was super nice in helping me tho

I gave one star for customer service because I got moved into the unit but I can't put my lock on it to secure it because your lock is still on it. I have called the number on my paperwork and the number on the door, but I have not gotten ahold of anyone! My storage has been insecure for two days now!

The whole process was fast and easy. They ended up not having a 5x10 so they gave us a 10x10 for no extra charge. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know you had to provide your own lock, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only $8 more at the store. Would recommend using them!

I called several times and left at least 1 msg per day but no one ever answered or returned my call. The price appeared to be a great price but if I can't make contact before I move in, how do I expect it to be different once I sign a contract. Would not recommend based on that alone. I found another facility that meets my needs with a better location. It costs more but they answer the phone and their access hours are much better. Security is also great.

Justin in the office is great! He is very nice and professional! He showed me the units before I completed the paperwork. When the moving company arrived with my belongings, he called me to let me know that they were on site and showed them where the units were so that they could begin unloading. Facility is all climate controlled and very clean. Pricing is an excellent value. I would definitely recommend San Stor to anyone needing a secure place to store your belongings.

The staff was amazing, explained everything to me that I needed to know. Showed me around the facility. He was very polite.

This has been one of the easiest move ins I've had. Quick and easy

the process was fast and easy. The service was very friendly and informative.

Storage unit is very clean and secure. Push carts makes unloading a truck fast and easy. I would recommend to a friend.

The customer service was great and the staff very helpful. They had ran out of the storage unit I had originally reserved when I arrived so they gave me a larger unit for the same price. Nice, clean, and secure facility!

Sand sto was just what I was needing. Moving in was smooth and the staff there goes above and beyond.

I have 2 storage units. One needs to be a good broom to clean it out. I will do that with no problem. I feel very save at your storage !!

Everyone is so friendly and kind and very fast and helpful to fit our needs. They are very reasonable and they stand by their word, I would recommend you guys to anyone needing a good place to store their things. They made us feel like we were family. Thank you very much!

One of the best storage places in the area, maybe THE best. Lots of happy customers in this college town.

This place is nice place. It is awesome it has a cover at the entrance. So you don't get wet . It's the best storage place I've had . Very nice.

The personnel in the office were very helpful and polite. I was shown the facilities before completing the paperwork, and any questions I had were answered fully. The dollies, carts, etc. provided for moving in were greatly appreciated.

I feel very blessed to have found this storage facility. It is ideally located, within my budget, definitely the size I had been hoping for. The staff was very nice, helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was able to pick my unit and inspect it before I signed on the dotted line. Security was a top priority as seen on site with security guard, 24 hr onsite staff, cameras and coded entrance. The storage facility has convenient hours for you to acess your unit but not 24 hrs. , which is a feature I prefer. Also they had a loading dock and courtesy hand trucks for a hassle free move in if you have heavy furniture etc.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I reserved a 10x10 unit for my mom's furniture when she moved in with me, but I realized that it was too small. I ended up getting 2 units. I was given a great price and the staff found 2 units which were close together and easily accessible. The facility is easy to miss. I passed it the first time, but I am glad we found it. Bring a master lock with you to put on the unit.
